I've been working on a project/time tracker using RoR (Ruby on Rails) on and off for a few months, and it's close to where I want it to be. The UI / page flow still needs a bit of work, but it's quite usable and I've been using it for all my projects with great success after it turned usable. Feel free to check it out, signups are open and it's free to use.

I'm quite impressed by how easy it was to get started in RoR as well as how quickly I got to a point where it was usable. From idea to a pretty usable product took 6 days, and I'd never coded a line of Ruby before. I do have some web/db related experience, though, so maybe that's why it felt so easy.
